Tom Mills has been an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor since 1996. His prior work experience includes employment at the NFL Players Association, the Kansas City Chiefs and the law firm of Armstrong, Teasdale, Schlafly, and Davis in Kansas City. He recently served on the NFLPA’s drafting committee for the examination given to prospective player agents.
He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1990 with a degree in Business Administration. He went on to earn his law degree in 1994 from the University of Kansas Law School.
